for not being in top shape!
Exercise is a really important part of keeping your body healthy
and maintaining a healthy weight range, so it's time to get
started!!
If your doing lots of studying, exercise is also a great way to
relax and get your mind off all that information running around
your head!
If you haven't been active in a while it's best to have a chat
to your doctor before you get started on a new exercise regime.
