Wychavon District Council in partnership with Bromsgrove District Council, Malvern Hills District Council, Stratford-on-Avon District Council, Worcester City and Wyre Forest District Council has developed a partnership, which will allow customers to look for social housing across all of these districts. This Choice Based Lettings scheme is call Home Choice Plus. Properties will be advertised and, if you are eligible, you can decide which properties you wish to be considered for.

Home Choice Plus process (16.04 KB) has been designed to improve access to social housing across 6 district in the West Midlands, by allowing you to view available properties and to place bids against properties that you are eligible for.

Bid In Person	You will be able to do this by visiting in person, or you can use the free Internet Access that is provided at the following locations:- Local Housing Associations or Wychavon District Council's Contact Centres at Pershore Civic Centre, Evesham and Droitwich Spa Library

Properties Available

Vacant properties will be advertised each week by Home Choice Plus. You will find details of them in the Contact Centres and Housing Associations within the scheme and on our Home Choice Plus website: http://www.homechoiceplus.org.uk/.

You can also listen to details of the available properties by calling the Property Line on 01386 565220. This line will have a pre-recorded message advertising the properties available for that particular week/cycle. This line will not take ‘bids’ or ‘messages’.
