Concessionary Travel Bus Passes & Travel TokensEngland's 2008 National Bus PassWhat’s happening? From the 1st April 2008 a National scheme will be introduced into England, in line with the schemes that already operate in Wales and Scotland. The statutory requirement is for every local authority to provide free bus travel at off peak times (i.e. between 9:30am - 11:00pm, plus weekends and bank holidays) for all eligible customers within England. Wychavon pass holders will therefore be able to travel by bus beyond the Worcestershire County and the neighbouring counties to any destination within England (not Wales & Scotland) for free. In order for pass holders to travel throughout England there will be a new National Pass that will be instantly recognisable to all the bus operators. We have already been collecting photographs for our existing passes and it is our intention to use these to produce the new pass. If you do not have a photo style pass please visit one of our Contact Centres as soon as possible.
