Worcestershire County Council now provides RSS news feeds containing summeries of current media releases from our Communications Team.
Using a modern browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 7, or a seperate application (called an Aggregator), you can subscribe to these feeds and check out Worcestershire's News Bulletins without even having to browse to this site!
RSS is the name given to a method of site syndication, which allows a user to read quick summaries of information provided by a website rather than having to trawl it for information.

Most modern browsers will automatically detect the presence of a a news feed. This will normally appear in the address bar of your browser, as shown below:

If you have an RSS-compatible news reader installed on your PC (a list of which are available here from Google), then you can add our news feed to that.
Go to the Worcestershire Homepage (you can do this from any page on the site by clicking the "Home" button in the menu bar above the logo), and then click the small red "RSS" icon above the main news image.Your news reader should automatically process your click and add the news feed.
