My Services

Who is involved?

We cannot offer services in the way that customers want them if we are to work as separate authorities. We have therefore built on our good experience of partnership working in Worcestershire to focus on the needs of our customers'. Working in partnership with other authorities will not only enable us to better meet the needs of customers but it will also support the elimination of duplication and improve efficiencies across the organisations.

Partnership working is critical to the success of the Worcestershire Hub, supporting the aims to (i) respond to customers' needs for improved service and (ii) the partners’ drive to secure more efficient and effective ways of working.

The Worcestershire Hub Partnership consists of key organisations within Worcestershire responsible for delivering public services. All are members of the wider “Worcestershire Partnership”. The core members of the partnership are:

In addition other partners are involved as appropriate, e.g. West Mercia Constabulary, Job Centre Plus.

In addition to these Public Sector Partners, a Strategic Partner from the private sector - Hewlett-Packard - has been appointed to work with the partners to progress the Worcestershire Hub.

  • Manage the roll out and delivery of the strategy and project plan by appointing a project manager and relevant working groups.

Programme Delivery Team (PDT)

The Programme Development Team (PDT) consists of key representatives from the Worcestershire Partners. It is vital that the PDT represents all organisations within the Partnership, for speed of decision making and to provide a consistent approach to structuring the solutions. The PDT works closely with, and take guidance from the Private Sector Partner.
