Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES)
About Us
ICES is jointly funded by The Local Authority and the Primary Care Trust. We supply equipment to people with disabilities, to help develop their full potential and maintain their health and independence. This includes toileting and bathing items, special mattresses, hospital beds, walking frames, crutches, handling and lifting equipment.
Upon receipt of a referral from a clinician we arrange delivery of the equipment to either a home address, hospital or health centre. The equipment is issued on a loan basis and when no longer required we can also arrange collection.
