We welcome every comment, compliment, question and suggestion. Anything and everything can be discussed, such as relationships with staff, the quality of service you receive, daily routines, meals or any concerns you may have. There is a member of the team who will visit you during your stay to discuss this. However please feel free to approach any member of staff at any time.

Our aim is to ensure that the service you receive is of the highest standard that we can provide. If at any time you or your relatives are dissatisfied, you have the right to express your concerns. We welcome and value your opinions as they will help us to maintain a high standard. We strive for excellence in all we do and continuously seek to improve our services in every way. Towards the end of your stay you will be offered the opportunity to complete a questionnaire. This will help us to make continuous improvements to the services.
