Introduction

Worcestershire Highways maintenance is carried out on roads and footpaths across the County by the Highways Maintenance department, working in conjunction with the Worcestershire Hub for customer enquiries and prime contractor Ringway for repairs and maintenance.

Within the County there are also a number of Trunk Roads and Motorways that are repaired and maintained by the Highways Agency and their prime contractor Amey Mouchell. For enquiries relating to Trunk Roads and Motorways please call Amey Mouchell directly on Tel: 0121 254 1300.

For all other enquiries relating to roads and footpaths within the County such as: -

• Potholes
• Damage to the Pavement or Kerbs

• Description of the Defect you are reporting with any information on approximate size and depth
• Location details with reference to any relevant Town/ City, Street Name and nearest House Number or landmark if in a rural area
