Signals Of Success

Performance data is collected 4 times every year and complied in a Signals of Success report (SoS). This is presented to our Executive Board committee before it goes to our Overview and Scrutiny performance monitoring panel.

We monitor and report on a wide range of performance aspects for example progress against our government set national Performance Indicators, our Council Promises, budget, and staff.

Everything we do is set out under our three corporate priorities so that you can clearly see how we contribute to our overall strategy.
