The table below shows the number of compliments and complaints that we have received from our customers.

It's nice to see that compliments are consistently higher than complaints but we are not complacent about that.  We are improving our monitoring of compliments, complaints & suggestions to make sure we are even more effective in responding to what our customers are saying.
