Election Jobs

On the run up to elections, on the day of poll itself, and post election for the counting of votes, the Returning Officer for the Wychavon area will need to recruit temporary staff to various clerical jobs.  

To help us recruit to these positions we hold a list of people who are interested in applying for these jobs and then we may contact them at the appropriate time to ascertain their availability on the required dates.

These temporary posts may be for fixed or variable hours for one day or a number of days to be agreed at the relevant time.

Canvassers

We also recruit Canvassers  (25.25 KB) during the annual canvass of electors in November. Please also complete the Expression of interest form  (9.62 KB) if you are interested in this position and we may send you an application form in October.
