Dead Animals on the Highway

We are responsible for removing dead animals such as cats, dogs, foxes and badgers from the public highway.

Reporting a Dead Animal

If you find a dead animal on the highway please contact:

Client Services
Wychavon District Council
Telephone: 01386 565018 between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Email: client.services@wychavon.gov.uk

Please describe the animal and give as much detail of the location as possible as this helps us to respond quickly.  If you can, please include the following details:

Under normal circumstances large animals will be collected within 1 hour. Animals smaller than a cat will be collected during normal scheduled street cleaning operations.
