How quickly will Environmental Services respond to your complaint about our service?
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days
- We will give you a detailed response within 15 working days or tell you if we need longer
In addition we aim to:
- respond to 95% of your requests for service relating to alarms, stray dogs, overflowing sewage, work-related deaths and infectious disease outbreaks within two hours of receipt
- respond to 95% of all other requests for service in 2 working days of receipt
- carry out 95% of visits relating to land drainage issues within 3 days of their target date
- efficiently process all licence, permit and registration applications, within the time limits set by law.
