What Do You Think Of Our Service?

We pride ourselves on providing an excellent service to our customers.

We judge this in a number of ways including:

• surveys of our customers
• the number of compliments we receive
• the number of complaints we get
• inspection by external bodies.

We will be doing more in the coming year to find out what our customers want to see from our service.

The results will be published and be available here on our web site.
