Housing Renewal Grants

We provide a range help in the form of grants, loans and free advice in order to help improve the living conditions of people in our area.

The grants are focused to maximise assistance to those vulnerable people who may be unable, due their circumstances, to maintain or improve their home. However some of the grants are also available to any owner or occupier such as empty homes grant and energy efficiency measures.
