Criminal Records Bureau Disclosures

Wychavon District Council is registered with the Criminal Records Bureau as an umbrella body.  This means that we can process applications for disclosures on behalf of organisations who need to get their staff police checked.

We also perform Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure checks on all of our taxi drivers and some staff depending on their job with Wychavon District Council.

There are strict guidelines about what jobs may require a CRB disclosure check.  There are two levels of check - Standard and Enhanced. The list below provided by the Bureau shows which jobs are entitled to which level of check.
