Late Night Refreshment Houses

Replaced by a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

We use this law to help control disorderly behaviour and nuisance by people in the evenings.

A premises licence is needed at any food business open between 11 o'clock at night and 5 in the morning.

Anyone suffering nuisance due to noise, smells or similar because of a commercial premises should contact the Environmental Protection team to see if we can help (email environmental.health@wychavon.gov.uk, phone 01386 565233).
