The System

This comprises of 35 cameras positioned in various locations around each of the 3 towns and in Broadway.

• 2 in Broadway
• 9 in Droitwich Spa
• 14 in Evesham and
• 10 in Pershore.

Locations include:

• main shopping streets;
• town centre car parks;
• Westlands precinct in Droitwich Spa; and
• Abbey Parks in both Evesham and Pershore.

All cameras offer pan tilt and zoom facilities and only one is currently in a fixed position.  Cameras are capable of being recorded in colour and they also function during the hours of darkness. Privacy zones can be programmed in to the system so as to ensure that the cameras do not survey private property.

All our cameras are clearly visible and there are signs in the locality advising of their existence. This is an example of the type of sign you are likely to see.
