Planning in Wychavon

Planning Services covers five key areas for the authority: building consultancy, development control, corporate database team, heritage and policy plans, and is all based at the Civic Centre in Pershore. The Service is responsible for all aspects of building regulations, dangerous structures, planning applications, enforcement and appeals, local land charges, street naming and numbering, G.I.S, N.L.P.G.,, conservation, tree preservation orders and the local development framework.
