Search for Building Regulation Applications

How to search:

Note: It is not necessary to complete all the boxes to perform a search.

Building Regulation application number if known:

• If you know the application no. (i.e. 01/2345) then you can search for this directly.
• enter the number as eg. 01/2345 in the Case number field
• Finally click on Submit to search

Searching on location address:

• Enter part or all of the address in the Location Address field (e.g high street or high street, Evesham).
• Finally click on Submit to search

Searching on Building number & Street:

• Enter the house number in the building number field
• Enter the street name in the street field
• Finally click on submit to Search

Searching on Description of Works:

• Enter only if other information not know as there maybe excessive number of results returned.

Search Results:

The following information will be displayed:

Note:

If no completion inspection has been carried out and no completion cerificate has been issued then the following may apply:

• works have not commenced on site;
• works still under construction;
• works completed on site but no final inspection has been requested;

Documents Available:

If we are unable to provide a copy of the original documentation we can confirm in writing whether works were approved or completed. A fee of £20.00 will be required for this information.

Copies of Building Regulation Approval Notices and Completion Certificates can be supplied upon written request and no fee is required.

Fees

Payments can be made either by cheque or telephone. Cheques should be made payable to Wychavon District Council.
