Evesham High Street Enhancements

Wychavon District Council and Worcestershire County Council have unveiled proposals to give Evesham High Street a facelift and make it more pedestrian friendly. The proposals were available to view at a public information exhibition held on Wednesday, 5 March 2008.

Both Councils have been investigating options for enhancing the High Street. The improvements include more pedestrian space, repositioning the bus station, taxi rank and parking areas, and are intended to make the area more attractive for residents and visitors.
