Wychavon's Local Plan

A key responsibility of the District Council is to make decisions on planning issues including building on land or changing its use. These planning decisions need to be made in accordance with an up to date Local Plan.

The Council adopted the Local Plan on 23^rd June 2006. There were no High Court Challenges to the Local Plan during the statutory 6-week period. An up to date text version of the Plan is now available, please click on the link below.
