Planning Services' Chartermark Success

We have received confirmation that we will retain chartermark accreditation for a further 2 years. The Assessor praised us for the following:

• ·The Planning News part of the website is excellent
• ·Our web site is very good and improved since last year
• ·The staff are professional, dedicated and aim to provide customer satisfaction
• ·Our performance against targets is good
• ·Customer satisfaction levels have improved since last year
• ·Our overall service delivery has improved since last year

We know we need to do more to inform our customers of our performance levels and to develop ways of determining levels of customer satisfaction. We are investigating the best ways to develop these areas to the benefit of everyone.
