Five Year Housing Supply Update - August 2008

The publication of the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment is available on the SWJCS website (South Worcestershire Joint Core Strategy) in June 2008 has provided the Council with an opportunity to revise the 5 Year Housing Land Supply position.

The background paper below sets out in detail how the Council can now demonstrate a 5 year housing land supply figure in accordance with the Government guidance set out in Planning Policy Statement 3 'Housing', which is available at  www.communities.gov.uk.
