Household Glass Recycling CollectionWe collect glass from households once a fortnight using a green box. The collection takes place on your normal refuse collection day, either your purple recycling week or clear recycling week. Please refer to the sticker on your box for which week. If you don't know what day your refuse and recycling sacks are collected, enter your location details within our My Local Area. |

Please wrap these items and use the normal black sacks. Label the sacks so the collectors know that they contain glass or take them to your nearest household waste site.

(37.58 KB) by a separate dedicated vehicle. If you have an assisted collection* we will collect the box from your agreed collection point. Please have your box ready for collection by 7am.
For those households where there is no one who is physically able to put the box out for collection, Wychavon operates an assisted collection list. If you require an assisted collection please call Client Services on 01386 565018 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
Please store until your next collection or take the items to a recycling point. We are not able to call back for this collection.
It will be taken to the glass bays at Hill and Moor to be bulked up before being transported to a reprocessor. This is currently Berrymans Glass.
