How to apply for your Garden Waste Collection Service

Step 1
Check to see if the service is offered in your area and that there are places available.  Go to www.wychavon.gov.uk/mylocalarea or call 01386 565005, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Step 2
If the service is available decide how many bins you require and if you want to pay for 1, 2 or 3 years service

Step 3
Register your interest with us:

on-line - complete the on-line garden waste application form

or

by telephone - call us on 01386 565005 between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Step 4
Please do not send payment now.  If you are eligible for the service and there are places available we will send you an invoice within 7 working days with details of how to make your payment

Step 5
Once you have received your invoice please make payment immediately to secure your place.  A confirmation letter will then be sent to you within 7 working days showing your start date and day of collection
