Standards

Client Services aims to achieve a high standard for each service we provide including the management of customers requests and complaints.  For further details please see individual services below and our Service Charter  (24.18 KB).

Recycling Centres

These are inspected regularly, overflowing banks will be dealt with promptly and site cleanliness maintained.

Domestic Refuse Collection

This will be carried out in an efficient and courteous manner.  Missed refuse reported before 2pm will be collected the same day.  Missed refuse reported after 2pm will be collected the following day.  Spilt refuse will be cleared immediately by the collection crew.

Household Recycling

Householders will be provided with adequate recycling sacks and additional sacks will be supplied on request

Glass Recycling Collection

Glass boxes will be emptied fortnightly and returned to the collection point

Bulky Household Waste Collection

Items on the Bulky Waste list will be collected within five working days

Special Collections

Quotations for unlisted items or large amounts of waste will be provided within five working days.  Fridges and freezers will be collected within 10 working days of receiving payment.

Waste Minimisation

We will work with partners/organisations to promote and support waste minimisation measures wherever possible
