These are inspected regularly, overflowing banks will be dealt with promptly and site cleanliness maintained.
This will be carried out in an efficient and courteous manner. Missed refuse reported before 2pm will be collected the same day. Missed refuse reported after 2pm will be collected the following day. Spilt refuse will be cleared immediately by the collection crew.
Householders will be provided with adequate recycling sacks and additional sacks will be supplied on request
Glass boxes will be emptied fortnightly and returned to the collection point
Items on the Bulky Waste list will be collected within five working days
Quotations for unlisted items or large amounts of waste will be provided within five working days. Fridges and freezers will be collected within 10 working days of receiving payment.
We will work with partners/organisations to promote and support waste minimisation measures wherever possible
