Household Waste Sites operate free of charge for residents to deposit waste and recycling. Household Waste sites do not accept waste from businesses.
We have two household waste sites in the Wychavon area:
For a location map and a list of materials accepted click on the above links.
Sites are open 7 days a week. For full opening times and Bank Holiday arrangements, please see individual site details.
To help maximise recycling and speed up your visit, please separate out any recyclable materials before arrival and place them in the appropriate container.
Here are more Household Waste Sites that are situated throughout Worcestershire.
All residents who take waste to any Household Waste site in either a commercial type vehicle or vehicle towing a braked trailer, or non-braked trailer over 1.3m in length will require a permit issued by Worcestershire County Council. For further details and to download a permit application form visit Worcestershire County Council's CVT Permits page.
You can buy Green Grow soil conditioner made from your composted green waste at most Household Waste Sites.
This costs £2 per bag at most Household Waste Sites. At the Hill and Moor, Throckmorton, Pershore site you can buy it loose at £2.50 per tonne + VAT, or bring your own bag and fill it for £1!
