Bank Holiday Collections

Refuse collections are not affected by the May Bank Holidays. Please put your refuse out on the normal day of your collection, this includes domestic refuse, commercial refuse, recycling and garden waste.

We offer a commercial waste collection to businesses operating in the district.  Customers must complete a Commercial Waste Agreement  (82.09 KB) with us and have completed a Duty of Care form  (622.83 KB) before we can collect.  Please call 01386 565199 for further details.

Containers are hired from us and a collection frequency agreed.  Click on Prices and Sizes to see the range of bins available.  Payment is due quarterly in advance.

Site Risk Assessments are carried out to assess the safety of the proposed collection point prior to bin delivery.

Bins will be delivered within five working days of receipt of payment.
