Bullying

Being a bully is unattractive and unappealing no matter what gender the bully is. But girls don't always need to get physical or 'in your face' to have the same effect.

Rumours, exclusion, nasty gossip and pretending to be friends with someone to get ammunition against them are all elements of female bullying.

Next time you're gossiping, spreading rumours or generally being nasty about another person, stop and think about what you are really doing to them and how you would feel if you or one of your family were being treated like that!

If you are a victim of bullying please do not be afraid to tell someone. If they don't listen then tell someone else.
