Under our Managing Director, Jack Hegarty, there are 8 Heads of Service. Our headquarters are based at the Civic Centre in Pershore. Because Wychavon is a rural area we make our services accessible to the public through the Evesham Community Contact Centre and Droitwich Community Contact Centre.

Wychavon has around 300 members of staff – we are the lowest staffed local authority in the West Midlands per head of population.

We have contractors which look after our leisure centres, waste services, grounds maintenance and street cleansing. Staff and contractors alike strive to live up to our strapline good services, good value.

To prove this we have been awarded Investors in People status. Our Shops, Revenues and Benefits and Environmental Health services all have Charter marks and Environmental Health are also accredited to IS09001:2000 standard.
