A Customer Satisfaction survey has helped to shape improvements to our benefits service.
Earlier this year, a satisfaction survey was sent to all our customers, and 80 per cent of those who sent it back were very or fairly satisfied with the benefits service we provide (The full breakdown of the survey results can be seen in the pie chart below).
One main area of concern was that you found the benefits form difficult to fill in.
It's difficult to design a 'simple' form, because of all the statutory information we need to obtain, but a new streamlined form has been produced, which has Crystal Mark approval, and is being used by Malvern Hills District Council and Redditch Borough Council as well as us.
