Grants of up to 25% of costs are provided for the conversion or refurbishment of redundant buildings to bring them back into productive business use or to enhance their current business use. The project is changing its criteria so that ALL businesses in Herefordshire, Shropshire and Worcestershire are now eligible to apply for grants; previously only businesses that were located in the Rural Regeneration Zone could apply.
