Play strategy

The Worcestershire Play Strategy  (4.59 MB) was launched in 2007 and has taken a unique countywide approach to improving children's play across Worcestershire over the next three years.  Wychavon has, at the same time, produced a play action plan  (733.19 KB) which outlines how national and countywide play priorities will be delivered in the District between 2007 and 2010.  

The partnership approach to play has been acknowledged by the Government (DFES) and is now recognised as best practice in the new national play strategy document "Fair Play"".
