Communications

How we communicate with residents is important to us. We use our publications to tell customers where their money goes and about the services we provide.  We also produce a range of specific publications for target audiences such as our parish matters newsletter and our arts magazine.

Our communications include:-

All of these are designed by our in-house Design Team and most have scooped national awards. We have also recently designed the Local Government Association's (LGA) Annual Report 2006/7  (906.73 KB).

Our Communications team also liaises with the media. Local newspapers are one of the top ways residents get their information about how their Council works for them. So we send out press releases, which get picked up and covered by newspapers, radio and even TV and deal with queries from journalist too.
