Our Customer Services teams are keeping residents satisfied, according to our latest survey.
Throughout 2007 staff at the Droitwich Spa and Evesham Community Contact Centres and Pershore’s One Stop Shop asked over 900 visitors to complete a questionnaire.
The staff at the Centres provide advice and information on over 200 public services, as well as taking payments.
One comment was ‘you sort things out’ which really sums up what we are about.
