Wychavon District Council in partnership with the Wychavon Housing Consortium has developed a new way of looking for social housing.  This is called Choice Based Lettings. Properties will be advertised and, if you are eligible, you can decide which properties you wish to be considered for.

Wychavon Home Choice process  (22.44 KB) has been designed to improve access to social housing, by allowing you to view available properties and to place bids against properties that you are eligible for.

Properties Available

Vacant properties will be advertised each week by Wychavon Home Choice. You will find details of them in the Contact Centres and Housing Associations within the scheme and on our Wychavon Home Choice website: www.wychavonhomechoice.org.uk.

You can also listen to details of the available properties by calling the Property Line on 01386 565220.   This line will have a pre-recorded message advertising the properties available for that particular week/cycle.  This line will not take ‘bids’ or ‘messages’.
