Sex Establishments

We licence sex establishments” which includes shops selling a high proportion of "sex articles," and cinemas showing adult categories of film. The definition does NOT include adult entertainment such as "lap dancing."

A particular classification of Video Film (18Restricted) can only be sold from a licensed sex establishment.
