How to apply for your Garden Waste Collection Service

Step 1 - Check Parish Availability

Please note: The service is limited to 7,500 bins. Many areas are now full.

Unfortunately at present there are no plans to extend the service but it will help us to plan for the service in the future.  Also occasionally the service will become available as some customers do not renew their annual subscription.

Step 2 - Applying for the Service (if available) - Payment Methods

Payment Option 1 - Direct Debit - £30 a year

Payment Option 2 - Invoice - £32 a year (if you decide not to pay by direct debit you will be sent an invoice)

Please do not send payment now.  If the service operates in your area and there are bins available we will send you an invoice and instructions on how to make a payment.

Once you have received your invoice please make payment immediately to secure your service.  A confirmation letter will then be sent to you showing your start date and day of collection.
